Changes to Curacao Licencing 2024

After the National Ordinance for Games of Chance (LOK) is expected to take effect in 2024, it is proposed that the Curacao Gaming Control Board will usher in the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) as its replacement. The sub-licencing system is to be replaced with direct applications, currently in effect via the Online Gaming Portal. This change alone means more direct involvement from the regulator for new applicant vetting and licence issuing.
